[Leaders at War]
The talk will discuss the role of presidential leadership in US foreign policy and international relations, focusing on how presidents shape decisions about whether and how to use military force.

This event is part of the James Clarke Chace Memorial Speaker Series and is co-sponsored by Foreign Affairs.
